Adds an optional sites_url configuration value so the Forge Pages control plane can remain on pages.git.freshost.net while owner sites are served from <owner>.git.freshost.net/<repo>.

  • keeps pages_url for OAuth login/callback and /deploy
  • uses sites_url for owner host routing and deployment URLs
  • scopes the OAuth session cookie to the shared sites domain
  • defaults sites_url to pages_url for backwards compatibility
  • validates that the control host can share cookies with the sites domain
  • adds configuration and routing tests

Validated with go test ./..., go vet ./..., and git diff --check.
